Letting Go

Letting go

Letting go can be one of the toughest, yet most liberating things you will ever do.

Whether you’re letting go of a relationship (be it a friendship or intimate one), a job, a loved one who has passed or the simple “what if” thought; letting go of those heart-wrenching, thought-provoking, time consuming emotions can in fact set you free!

You see, when you hold on to things, people, circumstances that are beyond your control, you are holding down your personal growth. You are preventing yourself from seizing the moment because you are so consumed with the emotion.

I love this quote~

“Each day comes bearing its own gifts. Untie the ribbons.”
By Ruth Ann Schabacker

If you don’t untie the ribbon and take it off and open the box, then chances are you will never appreciate the gift. You may be a able to peak or guess….but never ever appreciate.

So let go of those pressing thoughts, memories or circumstances; set yourself free! I promise that when you let go – you open up yourself to a world awaiting your presence!
